Karri Godec felt she had a lot of love to give. She adopted a dog, and it changed her life.The love Karri has for her dog, Stieglitz, amazes her. Her need to care for it, nurture it, and provide it with the best life possible surprises her nearly every day. Karri is astoundedat how often she will go out of her way to accommodate the new “love of her life.”

With such a bond, Karri is also surprised at the tugging at her heart when she has to leave her dog behind to travel. She has a trusted kennel she uses but is disappointed at the condition of Stieglitz when she returns. A normally calm and happy dog, Stieglitz is returned to her anxious and distant and sometimes even ill.
